DeMar DeRozan enjoys blowout home victory as challenging road trip out west beckons.

There was reason to celebrate on Saturday when the Chicago Bulls defeated the Ja Morant-less Memphis Grizzlies 125-96 to improve to 21-23.

After the game, veteran wingman DeMar DeRozan commented on how the Bulls played with more joy than normal, highlighting how everyone stood up to help the team win.

With Zach LaVine out for a couple weeks due to an ankle sprain

the Bulls returned to the rotation and style of play that led to their success in December.

The outcome was a more thrilling, free-flowing style of basketball.

When the final buzzer sounded, seven players had scored in double figures

demonstrating how the Bulls perform best when they distribute the ball and play unselfishly.

We didn't care who did what, so tonight was enjoyable. We love watching each other thrive and succeed.

It was significant, especially considering Zach (LaVine, sprained ankle) was out. Everyone stepped forward and made a tremendous effort.

"Coby (White) played like Coby."With their spirits high, the Bulls go west for a three-game road trip that begins on Monday with games against Kevin Durant
