Police say Colts owner Jim Irsay was unresponsive and struggled to breathe last month.

A Carmel, Indiana, police incident report indicated Narcan was given to Irsay after he was found unresponsive at home.

After finding Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay breathing strangely and with bluish skin at his home last month, police gave him Narcan to revive him.

A Carmel police incident report released Wednesday said Irsay was unconscious when authorities arrived at his estate in Indiana at 4:30 a.m. Dec. 8.

According to the incident report, Irsay, 64, fell and was motionless in his bathroom before staff carried him to his bed, where officers found him struggling to breathe.

Irsay was unconscious, had an irregular pulse, and was cold to the touch.

The incident report stated that officers tried to arouse him with a sternum rub but failed.

"Mr. Irsay's pupils were pinpoint and his skin was bluish."

Narcan was given by an officer, "which he responded slightly to," the report read.
